The Remerge project was a major challenge. One of those migrations where every detail matters, requiring careful validation and many hours making sure everything was exactly where it needed to be.

The challenge was to migrate the entire website from Craft CMS to Webflow, working directly from the code inspector and handling multilingual support across 4 languages:

🇺🇸 EN, English
🇰🇷 KR, 한국어
🇯🇵 JP, 日本語
🇨🇳 CN, 中文

We worked directly from the original website, inspecting the code and rebuilding the entire architecture from scratch. From the style variables and spacing system library, to creating every component in a way that allowed the marketing team to easily reuse and scale them in the future.

Over the course of 2 months, we developed more than 30 static pages, alongside a CMS with 2 main collections and more than 350 items. And yes, validating all of that takes a huge amount of time.

Even while using Cursor + Webflow MCP, we still had to manually review almost every piece of content across all 4 languages to ensure everything had been migrated correctly. AI was certainly helpful, but there were still countless details that required manual review to make sure everything was perfect.

This project was a big challenge successfully overcome, and it gives us even more confidence to take on complex migrations and large-scale projects in the future.
